Certain roles of a Wedding are to be handed over to the correct persons. There are some traditional duties which are taking place for years. You should give your best attention to keep up those traditions on your big day which will be in once in your life time.
Father and mother of the bride have a big role in a wedding. Mothers has to carry the big burden in selecting the clothes to the whole family, arranging the venue, planning the reception together with her husband, making the list of invitees, ordering wedding cakes, decors, flowers, jewelry etc. She will not have a rest even after the wedding. She will have to distribute the wedding cakes who couldn’t attend the wedding. And also she has to look after the clothes after the wedding; sending them to cleaners. Mother’s wisdom and experience makes your tasks easier!
Father of the bride too has to give the fullest support to his wife and daughter. Sending invitations in time, arranging transport, give reminder call to photographer and other necessary persons (witnesses) is some of important things he has to do before the wedding day. Most important part of the bride’s father is to take her daughter down the aisle and hand over to the groom; gives the bride away.
The Chief Bride’s Maid also has a prominent role in a wedding. She should always be on alert of the Bride. She should know needs of the bride just observing her. Helping her to handle the veil when standing and sitting and to take care of her bouquet is important.
